So Will, are the MRW wheels that you have on your truck available or are they so custom they are “one off”?
If available, from who/where?
I’m in the planning stages of building a modified m37 after I complete the stock one I am currently working with.
Thank you, Doug

Re: M37 Bikini top
Stock top has a rope sewn into it that slides into the “rope channel” on the top of the windshield frame. As I recall it’s a 5/16 or so diameter rope, but whatever you use must work well with the fabric. Original mil spec. canvas is pretty thick. If you are gonna use “sunbrella”(tm) or something sim...

Re: WTB ARCTIC Top For M-37 in AZ
Insulated coveralls work well or just dress in layers.
I took one of my M-37s out on Saturday (15 degrees and light snow). This one currently has no windshield, no doors, no heat.
Still plenty of fun driving, although driving long distance at “high speed” would be another story...

Re: AIR HORN KIT...
Nothing like a good air horn!
Pictures of your progress will be interesting for sure.
Will this be your “main” horn or additional to current standard one?

Re: Well my M37 is here!
Hey Morgan
That looks like a dandy M37 with some interesting options too! I like the side spot light!
Plus, seeing the rear placed windshield,it looks like it might be the very rare “dual cowl phaeton” M37!
Looks like fun to me!

Re: M37 Canvas
Hi Gary, I guess what I’m trying to unravel here is that I’m looking for new canvas from current suppliers. Canvas covers can come to us directly from the fabricators or from resellers. Last I knew, there weren’t that many different entities actually producing canvas covers for M37s. Like anyone els...

Re: M37 Canvas
Just checked his website and it says: “New production canvas cabtop made in the USA by the original government contractor. They make them for us now. Correct zippered rear panel that rolls up. Our tops have stainless steel side clips so that they don't rust and stain your canvas. Includes the rear t...

Re: M37 Canvas
That makes sense, the stainless clips can be a PITA to make. I doubt DOD would want stainless when they got around to doing the cost/benefit analysis. After all the stainless clips would outlast the top and maybe the design life of the truck!

Re: 1st snow 2018...
Nice looking truck you got there Gary! And yes, there is something about chaining these rigs up and running them through the snow that sure can be a lot of fun! It might have something to do with snow cleans up easier than mud? Hard to know, but I know I always look forward to those big snowstorms. ...

Re: M37 Canvas
Eleven years seems like a respectable amount of time for canvas to last. I wonder where Adirondack was getting them 11 years ago and if he’s getting them from the same canvas fabricator these days? Does your top have stainless steel “side clips” over the doors? Or mild steel ones?

Re: M37 Canvas
Maybe, but she does stainless clips for the side of the cab tops, I’m not aware that J.Johnson ever did, and hard to know if they would do custom made tops. I haven’t spoken to anyone over there in many years. I guess anything is possible.
