Re: need CLEAR title and frame

I really can't help you at all, other than to suggest renting a post office box in OK, and then claim you're a migrant foreign worker. Solves your address and residency problems...

Re: beat up frame but with TITLE?

It always amazes me how much legalese, jargon, and hoops that have to be jumped through just to put something as simple as an old truck, on the road. It would be so much simpler if the insurance was simply attached to your drivers license instead of a vehicle. Could you not apply for a salvage title...

Re: Super Swamper IROK

Holy cow those things are expensive. Just buy a set of Power Kings. I'm pretty happy with mine. Try buying tires in Canada. Nothing takes a bigger bite out of our plastic Cannuck-istan peso than tires... At least that's usually the case... Now that "4 wheel parts" has opened their doors n...

Re: Auxiliary OD

I wanted to put the dana 20-21 behind the np but with the unit being almost a foot long the rear drive shaft would be too steep I wouldn't worry about the rear shaft being too steep, I've got a dana 20 behind my 435 with a 10" spud and then divorced np205 behind that. It fits... I just rolled ...

Re: Super Swamper IROK

I heard recently that the TSL Bogger is coming out in a 40-41" size with a fairly narrow tread. Nothing beats a bogger for directional traction. Other than maybe an ag. tire...

Re: Auxiliary OD

I've got that in the works, but on the other side of the Tcase. I'm mating a Doug Nash aux. overdrive to the rear of my Ford Np435. The DNE2 (Doug Nash Enterprises) is the precursor to the gear vendors unit available today. Mine will marry up to the NP435 and has a 31 spline female output with a 6 b...

Re: 400 sbc in XM 708

I had a sbc mounted the same way. I ended up using an electric fan to cool the rad though, as the engine sat too low to use a mechanical fan. Now however, I would purchase a water pump riser from Summit or Vintage air to raise the pump up about 6" and then use a stock style mechanical fan for c...

Re: Super Swamper IROK

The 39's will probably steer a little easier than the 42's and clearance would probably be a little better over all as well.

I prefer the SX over the Irok, simply due to the larger outer lug makes it easier to climb out of ruts...

Re: Two carseat install in M-37???

BC is a little different when it comes to kids: Kids must be at least 40" tall and 40lbs to move from a typical 5 point restraint child seat to a conventional booster seat. The booster seat will be used until the child reaches 80lbs. or 9 years old, whichever comes first. Babies should be in a ...

Re: Ford 351 swap??

"W" stands for Windsor. Most SBF engines are from the Windsor series, namely the 289,302 and 351. The 351 has a taller block deck height than the 289/302 engines but shares just about everything else. The 351C or Cleveland engine is also very similar to the Windsor engines, however the hea...

So I realized today that while I am not built for speed, I can still cover some ground when prodded to do so. This new found rapidity was discovered when I hopped in the M today to move it, only to find that a group of rather retched and savage hornets had stuck a soft ball sized hive to the interi...
