The gas pedal is a 70's dodge pickup pedal and cable which I highly modified. The exhaust is hard to get a pic of.

Re: 383 Mopar powered M37

Got the Ebrake stuff powder coated today. I also made a pattern for the exhaust out of 2" pvc pipe, which I took to my local exhaust shop. They bent the pipe, it fit like a glove, Used the small, long Flowmasters to keep the noise down, they sound pretty quiet, and look pretty clean. Less then ...

Re: 383 Mopar powered M37

Started working on the E-brake, got the brackets made. Put the handle on the drivers side of the transmission for less clutter. Turned out pretty good I think. Will sandblast and powder coat them tomorrow. https://57hemicuda.smugmug.com/Cars/PW/i-ZnkcRRH/0/L/20150807_133921-L.jpg https://57hemicuda....

Re: 383 Mopar powered M37

Its funny, I tried to keep it somewhat old school. A kind of, what Chrysler Corporation may have put in a 1968 M37, if they had their choice of parts. Roadrunner engine, 727 trans, and 205 transfer case with power locked Dana 60's. I even went as far as to use old Dodge motorhome shifter, and she ha...

Re: 383 Mopar powered M37

Couldn't find any big 3.5" spring perches for a 2" spring so I made some out of 2x4 1/4 wall box tubing. https://57hemicuda.smugmug.com/Cars/PW/i-znBjnSL/0/L/20150727_144243-L.jpg https://57hemicuda.smugmug.com/Cars/PW/i-fSkh4nP/0/L/20150727_144302-L.jpg https://57hemicuda.smugmug.com/Cars...

Re: 383 Mopar powered M37

Got the steering column and automatic transmission shifter in. The shifter looks like it belongs there, came out of an old Dodge motorhome. Cable shifter for the win. http://57hemicuda.smugmug.com/Cars/PW/i-v8vsBvn/0/L/20150719_180120-L.jpg http://57hemicuda.smugmug.com/Cars/PW/i-MkpRpRg/0/L/2015071...

Re: 383 Mopar powered M37

Started getting the front end back on, and got the Humvee wheels installed. The color was a little bold, but I kind of dig it. http://57hemicuda.smugmug.com/Cars/PW/i-4F8xNSN/0/L/20150710_200436-L.jpg http://57hemicuda.smugmug.com/Cars/PW/i-FDdxFxw/0/L/20150710_200417-L.jpg http://57hemicuda.smugmug...

Re: 383 Mopar powered M37

The radiator is a universal street rod part I bought off Amazon by size, I did have to modify the lower neck to get the right angle and clear the crossmember. The bud wheels clear with ease, The Hummer wheels are out being powder coated, but I'm pretty sure they will clear. They did clear with the o...

Re: 383 Mopar powered M37

No it is actually a New Borgeson Box for a 66-77 Bronco, with a modified pitman arm. Originally thought about doing a crossover steering setup but found there was not a lot of real estate to work with around the leaf springs, and main crossmember. http://57hemicuda.smugmug.com/Cars/PW/i-jW9ZCfJ/0/L/...
