Re: Odometer rolled 31,000
There's a little old man that lives in the neighborhood and stops by to visit from time to time. He grew up in Italy during WWII. When he first laid eyes on my M37 he said in his thick italian accent son of a bitch where did you get the "Gipone"? Loose translation is "Big Jeep" o...

Re: Odometer rolled 31,000
There really is always something that needs doing. Has anyone calculated the hours of maintenance / repair per miles driven? Keeping it running is as much fun as driving it.

Re: GSA M37s & M43s
I went and looked the M37's over, They had'nt run for a least 2 years and have been out in the weather the whole time. The red one with the winch had the engine and tranny sitting in the cargo box with a big hole in the block. The yellow one had the nastiest looking roll cage, someones going to keep...

Bob, Coil vent lines are all set. The electric pump will be functional before 7/4/12. I'm happy to report no problems yesterday.
Thank's for responding.

You can have it re-tubed at any decent truck parts retailer. I just had my front driveshaft re-tubed at Fleet pride It cost $90.00.

Re: Yours for the taking
Hi Jim,
Are the drivers seat springs still around? Are they in good condition? Mine are heavily rusted.
