I believe a CUCV voltmeter is a 12 volt gauge (once you remove the resistor on the back).

You use the plug wrench with the adjustable wrench to remove fill and drain plugs on the transmission, diffs, etc.

That's my brothers listing on ebay, my truck is in the photo. Here is a picture of one in the original box dated 1967, the NSN is in parts book. I also had some that were in bags instead of the cardboard box. There are holes in the covers to allow water to drain.

My truck has nine hooks for the cab and they are all the same size, the two you have look like the hooks for the cargo beds on 2.5 ton and similar trucks.
