Andy, I could see why he wants to move it to the other side to reduce noise a bit but that wont strengthen the axles. we will be modifying M37 axle housings. it will be an exchange deal should we move forward.

yes for flex. these frames are designed to flex. kind of like very large trucks. stiff suspension with frame that allows for articulation. modern pickups are the other way. mushy suspension and stiff frame. both designs have pros and cons.

I don't think you will see that mod because the NP 200 is an excellent tcase that never breaks and the out put for M37 is offset for the rear axle. the 205 doesn't have the offset output. IMO its not worth the work. Not an upgrade. they are almost exactly the same design except the 200 has no wimpy ...

it might be able to be done but not worth it. your camera idea is where i would start. if you have no leaks between intake and exhaust its best to keep them together. they rarely leak there.
