Re: fuel tank drawing

K10 or S-10 blazer gas tanks work really nice. I've done it on a company truck, just modify the straps a bit

UPDATE:

-Canvas M35 Cargo box end curtain. Good condition, no rips or tears. Some staining on one portion. Would be good if someone wanted to manufacture a bikini top

Re: wtb: m37 winch bumpers

You guys should check with www.powerwagonparts.com He mainly likes FFPWs, but he does have a couple M-37s in his yard. Den is a SUPER nice, and super knowledgeable gentleman. About a year ago I paid him for a few parts, and gave him an M-37 winch bumper as part of the payment. Might be worth checkin...

I wanted to add, that this truck is formerly of the Saugus, Massachusetts Civil Defense/Emergency Management. I know that they have a very active program o...

Re: grinding starter motor

6v on 12v isn't going to hurt that motor. Yes it's spinning twice as fast but it is drawing half the current so it will be fine. These flatheads should also start fairly quickly. I know mine was in questionable shape when I got it and still has somewhat low compression *between 80-90psi. Last I che...

I hope to get back into the swing of restoring my M-37 this spring and am starting to round up a few things I need. Right now I a looking for a few waterproof plug wires in good shape. I don't know how many of them I will need, but 2 are in pretty bad shape. Can't afford a complete set new right no...

Re: Oil Pump, Gauges

I don't have a hole in the dash, mine is Right hand Drive converted so the glovebox went the way of the junkpile many years before I got it but your glovebox door looks like something my truck can use to cover the masterswitch apeture, we had better work something out to procure it from you, if you...

Do you still have the brackets to hold the jerry can holder to the passenger side fender, or did you sell those with the fender?

Re: Oil Pump, Gauges

The glovebox door sounds interesting, what are it's dimensions? (I have not got one here, mine never had one) MM Here are a couple of pictures of the glovebox door, it appears I was mistaken, it has no knob on it, I thought it did, my apologies! The data plate states that it is for a '51 Dod...
