Re: Radiator Question

Re: M37 parts truck

Good evening. Do you still have the 100 amp alternator or is it the generator? Looking for a backup unit with regulator as my truck was an m-42 at one time and want to keep it stock

Re: wireing a 53 m37

No offense to your friend, but that is an astronomical amount for a wiring harness job. You can get a professional harness for under $1,000. I plan on building my own.

I have a printed copy at home that I could fax you if you have a fax number or I could mail it to you. I also have it on a DVD somewhere that I will try to find in next couple of hours at work.

Re: Brake cylinder part number

That price is easily beat at MWM and some other suppliers as well as eBay for almost half that price.

Paull,
What restrictions put it out of production? Always thought those were the toughest looking trucks.

My WC-51 has an outlet like that but on the other side. Possibly a transition model?

Re: Good trip gone crappy.....

MM, Good luck on your repair. I just read this thread. I can't get a grasp on what happened. How can the lack of a gasket have caused your damage? I am assuming the flange gasket at the hub is the one you are referencing. I will definately be pulling my axles and checking. I may be way off, but i wo...

Re: Battery Box mounting

There has got to be something besides the floor there. That would be way too thick to just be the floor metal. Mine is rusted out. Actually one of the only rusted spots on the vehicle.

2 wiring questions

Good morning to everyone. I hope to get back up and going with the restoration soon and one of the next things will be to get the rear frame primed and painted and wiring harness/brake lines run so I can get the bed in out of the weather by putting it back on the truck. My questions involve the conn...

I agree with everyone here.
