Re: Top bows on/knucklehead at car show
All rifles in my collection are With Out Winch but trying to winch the bullets back might be interesting. I thought the bullet pays out the wire rope and you winch back in what ever the bullet has struck? Matt

Re: Top bows on/knucklehead at car show
Self proclaimed "experts" are everywhere, they know it all and no matter how much logic is presented they can not be convinced. I ran into one at the range a while back while shooting a couple of M1 rifles. After looking at my Springfield and HRA he told me I had a good start with those m...

Re: '54 M37 plus parts for sale
Is this a winch truck or no winch truck? Non Winch How far disassembled is it? To the bare frame? Yes, to the bare frame. Eveything (save for the frame & cab) are in indoor storage-so everything's in one place. Is it shippable? That would be a major undertaking. In a nutshell, anything is shipp...

'54 M37 plus parts SPF
Hello List! Things here have changed and I need to pear down the motorpool so it is time to divest myself of all my Dodge stuff. I have thought long & hard about this and have reached the conclusion that of the three MVs I own, it would be the M37 that would be the easiest to replace at a later ...

Re: O/T M113A2 parts
There's a fellow in Hazelton Pa named David Yamula who deals in AFV bits. If you contact him, he may be able to help. Here's his site: http://www.militaryvehiclesupply.net/ . As for BAE systems, I'd imagine that unless you were a large firm or a forign Gov't, they probably aren't going to give you t...

Guys looks like the Steel Soldiers site is down again. Tried to log on yesterday and couldn't (page wouldn't even come up). Anyone care to hazzard a guess as to why it is this time? Matt

Re: M37/ Powerwagon
The other fun name is when people call the M37 a 'Weapons Carrier'... but we'll save this for another discussion. 'Tanner' ' used to own a WC51 (actually, it was one of the first MVs I ever completed a complete frame off resto on) and yes, I have heard the M37 refered to as a "weapons ca...
