100 amp rectifier
I do believe that is the rectifier for the 100 amp generator system. My dump truck has the square hole for the cables but the rectifier is long gone. I believe that the 100 amp generator trucks were the m42 command truck also if memory serves me correct. larger generator for the radio sets.

thanks for the plug gary. andre came up the other day and bought a tranny from me. I was glad I took the cover off because the one I was going to sell had the syncros grenaded in it. by the way has anybody here seen an m37 tranny with a solid shifter ? three words for ya lifer. she could be saved but there is a big chunk of the rear floor missing rear support rotted away. it is pretty rotten.

$4.25 a gallon uphere in north eastern VT. Buddy parked his kenworth and trailer till prices drop. I have to call a guy I was supposed to deliver a m37 for last fall. Fuel is up about 1.00 a gallon and don't want to work for nothing.

jump in the car and come north. I have a few in the yard for you to see. you can see them on the registry just click on the location for Vermont and you will see them. heck bring a trailer and you can haul one home.
