followed the link and opened the photo and then right click and hit "copy image location" and then paste that inside the image tags on here. if you edit or quote my post you should be able to see the text. i'm not sure why it shows the smaller version of the pic rather than the larger vers...

i've never had a problem getting autolite 2243 or 2245 at Napa, though they usually have to order them for me and call me when they are available for pickup. they're around $10 each

If you search for "replacing my oil pan gasket" or something similar there was a thread on here that mentioned some really good anaerobic sealants for that job. RTV does not seem to be the popular choice

does the 100amp system have a solidstate regulator or the old coil and relay type? it sounds like either your regulator or generator is only producing power when it's cold. at least mine, stays 100% even during long drives.
