Re: Rear fender question

I measured my M 101 trailer and my M37. Trailer is too long , maybe it's a maint truck? Longer wheelbase. But it looks good, Paul

Re: M37B1 passenger taillight & blackout light.

I used Gamma Goat taillight lenses from MWM. Much brighter. Also BO mounting bracket, also from MWM. Even though I have a side mirror, no cargo cover, I still find myself looking over right shoulder. Would like info on rear view mirror. Pictures wouldn't load, exceeded 256 KiB. Paul

Re: No Power Under Load

You did not mention timing. I use ethanol-free gas in my truck and Gibson tractors. Standing for 6 months does not seem to be a problem. Good luck, Paul

Re: Oversize spare tire on driver door swing mount

My truck has a lever inside by the rear of the door that operates the release. The only time I have to lower the window is to latch the tire carrier. Paul

Re: Ignition Coil and Cable

Call VPW, I think they have it. Midwest Military does, also. Are the vent lines hooked up? They help with coil cooling. Good luck.

Re: M37 cargo bed differences

The right front of the bed will have the holes for the in-bed spare tire holder as well as the nuts for the jump seat.

Re: What is wrong with my truck?!?

Someone flipped rear differential? Sounds like front axle want to go forwards and rear axle wants to go backwards. Keep us informed, Paul

Re: HELP ! Lights not working.

You've bypassed the brake switch with 24 volts, but no power to brake lights? Possible open circuit to brake lights, maybe at right rear? All other light and T/S working, not sure what's left to be wrong.

Hardtop on my M37 has a sliding window. Without checking, your measurements seem correct. Paul

Re: 1953 hood number help

Possibly changing the initial 3 to a 2 might put your number in line. As Bob suggests, finding numbers with sanding is doable. And as my daughter would suggest, paint it pink and bring it to Indiana. Really, a two for a three should be the easiest. Enjoy, Paul

Re: 1953 hood number help

Long time lurker, first time poster. After I got my build card from Chrysler, I went to the registry, sorted the registry by frame numbers and started looking back and forth until I found something close.
