I've always called axles made by the same company as the vehicle "corporate axles". I guess you could call these Dodge corporate 9 5/8, or maybe a Dodge 9 5/8. I don't know of a particular name for these axles but they should have one even if we have to make one up!

I've used my original fuel filter for 15 years with no problems. I think is much easier to clean it mounted on the regulator bracket then to pull the filter out of the tank. The in and out ports are on the passenger side, drivers side are for the manual primer.

Looking for M201/V41 tailgate and bracket

I know this a very long shot, but I need a tailgate and bracket for the M201. I can fab a tailgate but the brackets are cast and I haven't found any good pics to try to reproduce them. There are pics of the truck in my G741 gallery collection showing the missing tailgate for those not familiar with ...

Thanks Bruce, that is the bracket I'm looking for. Can you tell me where I can find the drawings? I looked around for it but no luck.

Looking for pics of a M201/V41 spotlight mount

I'm having a spotlight mount made for the M201 since none are to be found. I have some pics from Chrysler that show some of it but not at the top "T" where the arm of the spotlight mounts to the bracket. John at MWM has the spotlight but there are no more brackets. Any help will be greatly...

Thanks Lifer, would you say all the US Army trucks used bridge plates then? I will put one on mine if there was one before, but if a truck never left the states why would they need one?

Bridge Plate question

Did all trucks have a bridge plate at one time or did it depend on where it was deployed? My M201B1 had US ARMY, HAWAII on the drivers side bed door thinking maybe it never had one. Thanks for any guidance!
